The following 100% ORGANIC, CAFFEINE FREE ingredient list has been specially chosen to work together to provide a refreshing and soothing taste, while also containing ingredients reputed to traditionally help build milk supply: Organic Fenugreek seeds, organic aniseed, organic fennel seeds, organic alfalfa leaf, organic marshmallow root, organic lavender.
